Apparently complex problems can have very simple solutions when we use Organizational Constellations and apply systemic thinking. Through this methodology and what the client saw, analyzed, tested and experienced during the constellation process, very clear ideas emerge about how to implement changes in the organization to optimize resources and obtain better results.
