Echoes of the Unconscious: the “selves” that we don’t see
The solar system is presented to us as an extraordinary systemic structure, through which we can “see”, from our particular perspective, reflected in it, both the structure of our family universe and the place we occupy in that system. From there, and sometimes, out of sheer instinct for compensation or to cover the system’s shortcomings, we begin to become what, over time, will shape what is known as our character, our personality. These mechanisms or patterns of behavior are what, as adults, our unconscious will use as a resource in order to obtain, in return, what we naively believe to need.
Based on a previous report that identifies, not only these behavior patterns, but what our unconscious supposedly expects to obtain in compensation and what we repress to make room for this subjective perception of ourselves. The therapeutic approach is done using as a tool, what we call Reconstructive Constellations.

Constellations in schools
In this workshop I propose to share my experience as a Constellations Facilitator in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Cycle schools.
From my experience, I tell you that these sessions bring several benefits to students, among them: more concentration, better school results, less conflicts between students, between students and teachers; better relationship between all elements of the school community.
So I will address the following topics:
How I became interested in individual sessions with figures;
How I developed and deepened the individual session with figures and other objects;
How do I contact schools, the Board;
How I present the systemic, Family and Organizational Constellations;
How a group is formed;
Who participates in a group and in individual sessions;
How Constellations are made known to Parents and Guardians;
Time when the sessions are held;
Where the sessions are held;
Practical session with individual assistance to a participant.

Sieglinde Schneider, was born in 1946, near Munich. Having been a German teacher, religion and school counselor, Sieglinde became known for her work with individual constellations. She is a systemic family consultant and works internationally as a constellation trainer in individual and couples therapy. He met Bert Hellinger in 1980 and attended many short and long-term workshops and began, in the 1990s, to develop constellation work in groups, in the form of a constellation with figures.
Using dolls for family constellations in individual sessions. Presentation and discussion of the technique of making family constellations in individual sessions, using dolls.
Through the use of small dolls, an individual family constellation session can be held, recreating the process that normally occurs in a group constellation. It is surprising how family dynamics, soul movements and even touching resolutions can be revealed by the use of inanimate dolls. The workshop will demonstrate this technique using case examples. The presentation and discussion will include the particularities of this method as opposed to constellations in a group context, as well as other considerations regarding individual therapy.
The demonstrations will be based on case examples and personal questions presented by the workshop participants.

Is it a company? Is it love? Is it a family? Is it what?
The introduction of the concept -love company- in the work of a couple is very innovative and brings a constructive look into the future of the couple.
It is a different way of looking at couple relationships, at the current family system, at love and at each partner in particular. From this look, the work of organizational constellations is also included, where this business system tries to survive and to reach objectives, where profitability is present and where there is also room for love.
This proposal brings a transgressive approach. On one hand the coldness of talking about business can give a certain “reparation” and, on the other hand, this new and innovative way of looking at couples and the family brings fabulous results, giving a great impulse potentiating well-being.
Partners – Founders – Projects – Emotions – Tasks – Decision Making and Balance where those who are constellated win, the facilitator wins, the projects win and the system wins.
Companies have different stages of development, as well as families.
How to be partners adapted to the continuous changes and needs of your own family system, of your own love company?
