Anette Raaby has over 25 years of experience working on organisational development and organisational change in private and public companies. She is founder and director of Kongurens ApS and the Center for Systemisk Opstilling

“Movement” is her motto and her driving force is to unfold the potential of individuals and organisations. She believes that by delving into symptoms, incorrect dynamics and recurring obstacles it is possible to find true possibilities and create well-being and flow. Constantly fascinated by the precision with which the systemic approach can uncover underlying patterns and dynamics, she has been involved in the systemic field since 2006 and obtained her Master’s degree in ‘System Dynamics in Organizations’ at the Hellinger Institute in the Netherlands in 2017.

She has extensive experience in process management, coaching, organisational development, supervision, teaching, stress and conflict management, offering leadership courses and running courses and retreats at home and abroad. She has developed multifaceted work for both private and public companies as a facilitator and strategic advisor. Anette has previously worked as a principal consultant, executive secretary, department manager with staff responsibilities, process consultant and teacher.

She believes that her mission is to help leaders to grow and develop in order to release their previously untapped potential as a benefit to themselves, society and the world.

This can be achieved by identifying and integrating facts, feelings and needs from a systemic perspective, including phenomenology, social constructionism, quantum physics, the narrative approach and appreciative enquiry. All relevant knowledge and information can then be integrated into organisational strategy, leadership and divine purpose and through this create unique outcomes.

LECTURE

Organizational Constellations Today and in the Future

In the past, Organizational Constellations were viewed with skepticism and relegated to an esoteric chant. Today, they are recognized as an innovative and investigated management method, which can represent, in an efficient and quick way, a system showing the ‘general picture’ and allowing possible obstacles and solutions to become visible.

Organizational Constellations are applied and taught at universities, used by world-renowned companies and combined with other “state of the art” approaches, eg. Working 4.0, Agility, Reinventing Organizations, Spiral Dynamics, etc.

Today, in our complex and rapidly changing world, where time is of the essence, this method is particularly effective, helping us to recognize solutions and possibilities in a very short period of time. In this way, it allows us to make informed decisions that may have been neglected or overlooked.

In my lecture, I will have the pleasure of contributing to spread the knowledge of this profound and transforming method and of current movements around the world.

Cecilio Fernández Regojo

  • With a business experience of over 40 years, Cecilio has held several positions of responsibility in companies in different sectors. He is a born entrepreneur and has founded companies in several areas.
  • His activity as an Entrepreneur, together with his great experience as a Consultant and his great contact with companies in many countries, provided him with a broad view of Companies and Organizations.
  • He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed postgraduate courses in Business Management, among others. He is an International Trainer of Organizational Constellations in more than 30 countries in Europe, America and Asia.
  • Develops postgraduate training and courses at universities in several countries. He also actively participates in several Congresses as a guest speaker and facilitator.
  • Has great experience as a business and systemic consultant. He works with many companies both nationally and internationally.
  • He is a Certified Master Trainer by INFOSYON (International Forum for System Constellations in Organizations) and specializes in the Systemic Management methodology.
  • Conducts training and his work in the 4 languages ​​he speaks fluently (Portuguese, Spanish, English and French).

LECTURE

A constellation for everyone: the power of the constellation versus the power of the client.

 

I will present several concepts that can be applied in the different areas of the Constellations: with the integration of these concepts in our work, we will be excellent professionals with better results. The work with Constellations is different for each professional and depends on the experience, the experience, the internal attitude of where the work is done, the philosophy and the personal and professional development of each facilitator. I will share in detail my entire internal process before, during and after each constellation, so that the participants can understand my philosophy when carrying out this work with all the doubts and decisions that have been arising during the process. In many cases, we find that the customer does not take full responsibility for everything that happens in the constellation. Our goal is to find the best way to achieve a more effective connection and be able to help you assume your responsibility throughout the process. I will share the bases of my philosophy of how to make an effective interview, so that the client can have the best insights. In addition, I will share some ideas on how to connect with the customer and empower them. We know the importance of representatives in the constellations that help customers to have many insights and perceptions, giving them a new look at their system. But we often forget what these customers are really “seeing” and “feeling”. In reality, there are two phenomena in the constellations: one, which is what representatives are feeling and transmitting, and another, quite different, which is what customers are really feeling, seeing and understanding. We will discuss these different paradigms and, so that each one can have their own experience and draw their own conclusions, we will do an experiment for all participants. We will have open discussions, sharing and all questions are welcome. The idea is to learn together and have a space where new ideas and new insights can emerge and flourish with lots of practice and real cases from the participants.
