“How children and students reconcile attachment to their family system, to their life in kindergarten and school, and the different requirements associated with it all.” It will speak and demonstrate how students manage to harmonize love and the rules of the living family system they come from, with the school’s social system with everything new, often different rules and various requirements.

Angélica Olvera García

BIOGRAPHY – Angélica Olvera García

Angélica Olvera García studied Chemical Engineering at UNAM and Human Sciences at ASEC SOR JUANA (CUIH). She also has a specialisation and master’s degree in Pedagogy and Teacher Training from the Multicultural University of the CUDEC® Group. She is an expert in the relationship between parents, children and school and a pioneer in implementing systemic pedagogy and educational constellations.

She is a historian and systemic therapist in Family Constellations; with training in Gestalt, Neurolinguistic Programming, Transpersonal Psychology, Community Psychology and G. Nardone’s Brief Strategic Therapy, Quantum Mechanics and Relativistic Physics. He studied communication in California, with Paul Wazlawick and Virginia Satir.

Creator of the Systemic Pedagogy CUDEC® based on the principles of Bert Hellinger. General director and professor of the Bert Hellinger approach to systems psychology at CUDEC. Vice-Rector of the CUDEC® University in Mexico. General Director of the CUDEC® Systemic Pedagogy Programme. Doctor Honoris Causa by the Senate of the Mexican Republic.

She is also author of “Success is your story” (2009) and “Transgenerational Talent” (2011); co-author with Bert Hellinger of “Transgenerational Intelligence: Healing the wounds of the past” (2010). She is co-author of “Tuning the gazes” (2011) and “Roots, links and handles” (2012).

She has been teaching for over 30 years and has been awarded several national and international prizes for her research in pedagogical, therapeutic, social and professional work. Some of them are: “Teaching Merit” in 2004, “Woman of the Year of the State of Mexico” in 2005.

She gives training courses in many countries. She has cooperated and worked with Bert Hellinger from 1999 until his death in 2019.

Systemic pedagogy within the family as an engine of conscience, change and happiness

A sperm finds an egg and a human is born.

This being consists of cells that came from your parents and that have all the genetic information of the parents and their family, which link this being to your family system.

Children are very loyal to the family, as they need this loyalty, often unconscious, to survive. They need to continue the language of their system, to feel that they belong.

Their internal image of their nuclear family is often unknown to the family itself.

Children and adolescents have many behavioral, emotional, psychological and physical challenges and parents do not always know how to cope or have tried different ways without great results.

Family constellations can help to understand and release what is behind these challenges, these blocks, transforming the lives of children / adolescents and parents.

In this intervention, I will make known the systemic work that I have done with children, from 2 years old, with the presence and collaboration of parents, what I have discovered and the results of the adoption of this method, in changing family behavior, leading to a change in the child’s behavior in several areas, including school.

Antonia del Castillo

  • Degree in Biology, and Secondary Teacher, for 31 years.
  • Claudio Naranjo’s disciple and collaborator in the SAT program.
  • Master in Systemic Pedagogy by Institut Gestalt de Barcelona and CUDEC in Mexico.
  • Graduated in Family Constellations with Bert Hellinger.
  • Didactic member of AECFS (Spanish Association of Family and Systemic Constellations).
  • Diploma in Family and Systemic Constellations from Université Europeenne Jean Monnet A.I.S.B.L. (Brussels), graduated in Gestalt Therapy.
  • Adherent member of the Spanish Association of Gestalt Therapy.
  • Co-founder of La Montera, Gestalt Class for psychotherapy and performing arts.
  • Coordinates the activities and programming of this Class, being director and teacher of the training in Family Constellations and Systemic Pedagogy.
  • Professor in the Master of Family Medication at the University of Seville.

Systemic pedagogy: an inclusive and loving attitude towards education

All people who are part of a school system belong first to a family system. Within this family system is where the first bonds are generated, the most lasting, in which the relationships that shape and sustain life are sustained.

Recognizing that these bonds generate loyalties, most of the times not visible, will make it possible to understand that in every action or behavior of the child there is loyalty to his family system.

When a child is seen from this view, he feels recognized and worthy, since what appeared in the foreground as an error, in fact, is an act of love.

This vision can be gained. Systemic pedagogy allows (teachers, everyone who works with children, adolescents, young people and in general anyone who dedicates themselves to a helping profession) to exercise themselves in the development of this vision, which is not what appears first as a problem, but goes further, to a place where the solution is found. A vision that gives confidence to parents and parents and gives tranquility to teachers and relieves them of a burden that, in most cases, does not correspond to them.

Systemic Pedagogy facilitates the construction of a point of understanding between the family and the school.

Education based on this approach becomes an act of love, an adventure that arouses enthusiasm in the face of this noble profession, which is teaching.

Amparo la Moneda

BIOGRAPHY – Amparo la Moneda

Amparo la Moneda started her professional career as a Principal at a kindergarten. Then she was, for 10 years, as a Primary Teacher and Educational Psychomotricist. She graduated in Psychomotricity Psychotherapy and joined ASEFOP (European Psychomotricity Association) becoming a trainer for future psychomotricity therapists. For 25 years, he practiced psychomotricity therapy with families.

He combined my work with training in Psych pedagogy, Social Psychology and later with Systemic Pedagogy and Family Constellations. At the age of 61, he completed his training in Systems Psychology in Mexico.

He trained adults in more than 600 courses for teachers on different topics. Organized 6 Psychomotricity yearbooks and 5 promotions (of 2 years duration) of Systemic Pedagogy and Family Constellations in “Asociación A12”, created in his city of Zaragoza.

He has given (and still gives) training courses in his specialty (EL GENOGRAMA) in different locations in Spain: Bilbao, Vergara, Alicante, Tarragona, Madrid, León, Zaragoza, Seville, Logroño, Navarra, in Mexico and Colombia.

Gives private consultations to adults, in schools for parents and in periodic counseling centers with teachers.

He wrote several articles in Education (AULA) and Psychomotricity magazines and wrote two books in CUDEC (Mexico) “Vivir survive” and “Vivir con otra mirada”.

Combine your work with volunteering at a center for the elderly with Alzheimer’s.

LECTURE

In your presentation you will talk about one of the tools that you learn in Family Constellations and Systemic Pedagogy: The genogram and its contextualization.

The Genogram with a Hellingerian approach changes our outlook on life, according to the love orders that Bert Hellinger brought us. There we can see, whether we are located in our own family system or not and what connotations it has for our way of being in life.

After many years of experience with this tool (since 2006) you can verify the changes that people have experienced, because the fact of accompanying them to see their own history, helps to recognize their attitude in the relationship, not only in the family environment, but also in the social.

He wants to share his experiences with the professionals who are dedicated to accompanying people with difficulties and to the assistants themselves.

Systemic pedagogy: an inclusive look between family and schools

Systemic pedagogy with the focus of Bert Hellinger, translates into an educational movement that reconnects the bonds between parents, teachers and students in favor of life and at the service of something greater. The systemic approach allows us to understand that the school is a network of interactions of different elements that make the act of learning possible, teachers are just teachers and knowing how to be in their role as an educator honors the children’s parents, in turn, when parents themselves are in their place in collaboration with the School give permission for their children to go further. Taking some of the systemic learning into the educational context allows for greater understanding and can be liberating. School is not a better alternative than life at home, but enrichment and when both interact respectfully, they optimize resources. In this workshop we will be able to look at the school / parent / student relationship in a broader and more harmonious way. Each in their place working collaboratively, respectfully in order to create better human beings, operating in a more humanized society and generating harmony and well-being, perhaps, one day when the science of life is understood by all we can have schools with that integrative and multidimensional look.
