LECTURE
The path from uncertainty to stillness
Psychologist. Systemic Family Therapist. Psychotherapist and Didactic Member of AECFS.
We are living in a moment of change that invites us to integrate all as is. Our unsolved personal and family matters add up to the global realities that also confronts us, and we need to include.
We have gone through a long confinement experience, and we still face restrictions to the affective-corporal contact with other people. To which point does that influence our relationships?
Do we have personal and collective resilience to face the uncertainty in adapting to a new, unknown situation that is in constant change?
We need to understand, recognize, and accept what we are living, including our traumatic experiences, both personal as collective, to take the path towards stillness.
