- With a business experience of over 40 years, Cecilio has held several positions of responsibility in companies in different sectors. He is a born entrepreneur and has founded companies in several areas.
- His activity as an Entrepreneur, together with his great experience as a Consultant and his great contact with companies in many countries, provided him with a broad view of Companies and Organizations.
- He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has completed postgraduate courses in Business Management, among others. He is an International Trainer of Organizational Constellations in more than 30 countries in Europe, America and Asia.
- Develops postgraduate training and courses at universities in several countries. He also actively participates in several Congresses as a guest speaker and facilitator.
- Has great experience as a business and systemic consultant. He works with many companies both nationally and internationally.
- He is a Certified Master Trainer by INFOSYON (International Forum for System Constellations in Organizations) and specializes in the Systemic Management methodology.
- Conducts training and his work in the 4 languages he speaks fluently (Portuguese, Spanish, English and French).
A constellation for everyone: the power of the constellation versus the power of the client.
I will present several concepts that can be applied in the different areas of the Constellations: with the integration of these concepts in our work, we will be excellent professionals with better results. The work with Constellations is different for each professional and depends on the experience, the experience, the internal attitude of where the work is done, the philosophy and the personal and professional development of each facilitator. I will share in detail my entire internal process before, during and after each constellation, so that the participants can understand my philosophy when carrying out this work with all the doubts and decisions that have been arising during the process. In many cases, we find that the customer does not take full responsibility for everything that happens in the constellation. Our goal is to find the best way to achieve a more effective connection and be able to help you assume your responsibility throughout the process. I will share the bases of my philosophy of how to make an effective interview, so that the client can have the best insights. In addition, I will share some ideas on how to connect with the customer and empower them. We know the importance of representatives in the constellations that help customers to have many insights and perceptions, giving them a new look at their system. But we often forget what these customers are really “seeing” and “feeling”. In reality, there are two phenomena in the constellations: one, which is what representatives are feeling and transmitting, and another, quite different, which is what customers are really feeling, seeing and understanding. We will discuss these different paradigms and, so that each one can have their own experience and draw their own conclusions, we will do an experiment for all participants. We will have open discussions, sharing and all questions are welcome. The idea is to learn together and have a space where new ideas and new insights can emerge and flourish with lots of practice and real cases from the participants.
