BIOGRAPHY – Décio Fabio de Oliveira Júnior

Décio Fabio de Oliveira Júnior, born in 1966, a doctor graduated from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, he has a postgraduate degree in Pediatric Surgery, specialization in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (IBEH), in addition to studies and clinical experience in hypnosis and regression.

Married, he has two 24-year-old twin sons: Clara and Henrique

He became interested in family constellations in 1999 and since then has accumulated a long trajectory of entrepreneurship linked to the method, together with his wife, Wilma Oliveira.

He participated in the I South American Training in Family Constellations according to Bert Hellinger and over 700 hours of training with Mimansa, Peter and Tsuyuko Spelter, Jakob and Sieglinde Schneider and more than 400 hours with Bert Hellinger himself.

Participated in the International Congress of Family Constellations, in Köln Germany 2005.

It promoted and organized the III, IV and V Seminar of Bert Hellinger, in Brazil, in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Participated in the II International Congress of Systemic Pedagogy, in Seville, Spain, in 2006.

Participated in the I and II Intensive Training with Bert Hellinger and Sophie in Seville, Spain in 2008 and 2010

He participated in the celebration of Bert Hellinger’s 85th anniversary, in Bad Reichenhall, Germany, in 2010 and later, in 2012 and 2013.

First president and founder of the Brazilian Association of Systemic Family Constellations ABC Sistemas.

Co-founder and director of Editora Atman, editor responsible for translating dozens of books and DVDs related to the work of Family and Organizational Constellations in Brazil.

Member of the Global Desing Organization, International Association dedicated to the dissemination of the work of organizational design created by the Canadian Elliott Jaques. Pioneer and diffuser of Jaques’ approach in Brazil.

Organizer and promoter of the I Advanced Training, with Bert Hellinger, in Brazil, in 2008, 2009.

Organizer of the II Basic Laws of Relationships Seminars applied to business, with Bert Hellinger, in São Paulo, 2009.

Participated in events with Bert and Sophie Hellinger, in São Paulo, in 2012 and 2013.

He conducted more than 20,000 hours of experiential workshops, courses and training on Hellinger’s systemic approach in several cities in Brazil, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland and the USA.

LECTURE AND WORKSHOP

A large majority of patients who are seen daily in clinics and hospitals and other places of health care, are plagued by problems that cannot be effectively treated through dentistry or physiotherapy. To the frustration of patients and professionals, these evils do not seem to be remedied by existing therapies. It is estimated that perhaps two thirds of medical consultations come from a relationship problem, which compromises patients’ quality of life and psychological health.

The systemic constellation and the underlying principles discovered by Bert Hellinger, unveil this immense territory neglected by traditional medicine, giving it quickly and effectively a solution that is both effective and loving and humane. His experience, as a surgeon, for 20 years, dealing with families of children with disabilities and as an acupuncturist, allows us to confirm how such understandings can be a powerful form of complementary health technique. We will try to demonstrate, through a workshop and a detailed lecture, how such an accomplishment can be achieved, using the systemic principles the duly qualified professionals, with simple exercises of immediate application.
