Guillermo Echegaray, PhD in Philosophy from the University of Navarra (Spain). Graduated in Clinical Psychology from Gregoriana University (Rome, Italy) and Organizational Psychology (UNED, Spain). Bachelor in theology. Degree of sufficiency Researcher in Social Psychology at the University of the Basque Country (UPV).
He was professor of Scientific Psychology in Vitória and Sociology at the Public University of Navarra. He directed “experiential groups” at the Public University of the Basque Country.
He is a Master Trainer in Organizational Constellations certified by Infosyon. He trained with Bert Hellinger, Gunthard Weber, Jan Jacob Stam, Klaus Grochowiak, Jane Paterson, Christine Essen, Guni Baxa, Michael Blumenstein, Gunther Schmidt, Mike Boxhall, among others. Pioneer and reference in the structural approach (SySt) in Latin America and Spain, the most recent systemic innovation based on the work of the professors of the University of Munich (Germany) Matthias Varga Von Kibed and Insa Sparrer with whom he trained directly.
He was founder and director of Centro Guillermo Echegaray: Psychology Workshop in Pamplona (Navarra).
Currently, it offers, throughout Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador) and in Spain internationally certified training by Infosyon in organizational and structural systemic tools and constellations. Master’s Professor in Pedagogy and Systemic Interventions at the University of Barcelona. Develops collective leadership projects following Otto Scharmer’s Theory U in various organizations.
He is endorsed by his proven experience as a consultant for companies, educational centers and government teams in the systemic and transformational areas in Spain, Uruguay and Latin America.
Guillermo speaks Spanish, English, German, Portuguese, Italian and French.
In 2008, he published the first book on the subject written in Spanish, Understanding organizational constellations (EVD, Estella). He is also the author of Learning to Grow: Keys to Read the Formative Dialogue (Frontera – Hegian) In 2017, he published Companies with a soul, companies with a future (Ed. Pyramid).
