Joaquim Manuel da Silva, degree in Philosophy (1981-1985), and in Law (1991-1996). Master in Civil-Legal Sciences, approved on 1-2-2016. Dissertation: The Family of Children from Separation from Parents: Shared Guard, Conflict and Parental Abandonment. He worked between 1980 and 1998 at the German multinational, Hoechst Portuguesa, SA, in the chemical and pharmaceutical area, having spent the last 10 years in Human Resources, Head of Services. High school teacher, discipline of philosophy, in the years 1990-1991. Lawyer between 1997-1999. Judge of law since 1999, and since September 2005 in the specialized area of Family and Minors, placed since 1-1-2017 in the Family and Minors Court of Mafra, District of Lisbon West. Speaker in the last 6 years at conferences, particularly in the areas of Educational Guardianship, Promotion and Protection and Parental Responsibilities, namely on shared custody. Author of several articles in the area of children, and the book “The Family of Children in Separation from Parents: Shared Guard. Restorative justice in the family and minors and family constellations
We will address the importance of restorative justice as a way to transform parents, returning the family to children with separated parents. Notes on therapy using family constellations.
