We are systemic beings … Our human biology is systemic, and therefore we are subject to a great deal of information that we bring from the systems with which we relate. When we are not aware of this process, we are dragged “and commanded” by this information that we carry, causing us to act in ways that are often incomprehensible to us and to others. The intellectual understanding of these processes, by itself, is not sufficient to resolve the internal conflict that the individual experiences. There is a need for “something more” for information to be organized, so that the individual can break free from the pattern that oppresses him.
This “something else” is the experience at various levels of consciousness – mental, emotional, physical and spiritual (non-religious) of traumatic events. The Constellations methodology allows the individual to go through this experience in a conscious and responsible way, supported by the facilitator, so that little by little he will recognize a new pattern where he feels safe and able to manage his life independently. This method of work, puts us – when that is our true intention – in contact with an information field where space-time relations have their own laws and we can contact us with a holographic model represented by the participants of the constellation, who it allows us to “see” where we are and “where” it is possible to go. This possibility of “seeing” through the methodology of the constellations is the activation of the gaze of the adult and healthy being that exists within the individual and from which he has been separating throughout his life due to the traumatic situations he experienced. The separation (trauma) may be greater or less depending on the depth of the event vs reading that the individual experienced. It is in this way, in a language appropriate to the individual being supported, that I, through this method, try to support the individual in rescuing his healthy / adult “emotional self” so that he can exercise his ability to do better every day choices.
