The Law from the Systemic View
Systemic Law enables a new approach centered on the construction of a culture of individual and social pacification that goes through a careful look at the resolution of conflicts since its origin and the understanding of the factors that influence human behavior.
It follows and gives impetus to a turning point in society, in which it strives for the humanization of justice, not only with the use of a new performance of the various actors and entities that conform it, constitute and assist, as well as the systems of control, prevention and social integration, giving emphasis to the dignification of the human being.
The application of this Systemic posture has achieved very impressive results in the resolution of conflicts of several nature, presenting in new possibilities of conciliation and response using a broader, empathic, unitary, and profoundly humanist perspective, with the motivation of all those involved, especially professionals, and due this reason facilitating a peaceful and more effective resolution of the problem whether personal, family, labor, criminal, or social area.
The use of Systemic Law, and the integration of systemic vision and practice into the daily lives of professionals, in its several and multiform functions, allows them to achieve higher levels of performance and productivity and, consequently, of speed, effectiveness and efficiency in responding to several problems for the benefit of the community.
The results obtained, recognized by the national and international community, present a success that has been motivating more and more professionals from the most wide areas of activity to follow this practice.
