Humanizing, Including, Balancing and Ordering
Humanizing, Including, Balancing and Ordering
Education, especially School Education, faces multiple challenges arising from the new demands of contemporaneity.
The permanence of the fragmentation of teaching work, limited in spaces and times, the increasing public scrutiny, the pressures on work, the orientation to exams, the tests and the erosion of the modes of pedagogical organization, have made more evident the crisis of the current school model, unable to respond to the characteristics of the students, the needs of adaptation of the natural evolution of the human being, the longings of families are understraining the desirable pedagogical autonomy of teachers and educators.
We therefore live in a constellation of factors that impel us to a transformation of the way we learn, teach and, above all, experience education.
Systemic Pedagogy provides important tools of personal and professional development to meet the challenges of today’s education, focusing on the teaching work in the relationship, in the feeling of belonging, inclusion and community and, finally, contributing to the construction and consolidation of new educational environments.
Pedagogy and Systemic Education are transformative movements that have been to be developed and applied inrecent years in several countries of the world.
Its principles are to humanize through Inclusion, Order and Balance so that professionals, parents and students who are part of the educational system find their places, aware of their roles, including family, educational and institutional systems. Systemic pedagogy is a new perspective in the educational realities and their processes. It starts from the phenomenological systemic presupposition, allowing to see the educational, family and social system as part of an interrelated structure. It promotes a dynamic practice in educational contexts and a new approach to dysfunctional attitudes and learning disorders.
This new paradigm has been developed in recent years in several countries of the world, expanding the meaningful vision of the whole in the school-family relationship, bringing the possibility of the creation of an environment of inclusion starting in the school, where everyone can assume their roles, and accounting for the family, educational and institutional systems.
