In the last years of her school career, she applied many findings from Constellation Work in school classes, especially the respect for the dignity of a person, whether adult or child. She integrated parents at school as “invisible presence“and called the connection between parent`s house and school “Systemic Pedagogy“.
After the publication of her book “You Are One of Us “, Systemic Insights and Solutions for Teachers, Students and Parents, she became known in many countries. The book was translated in 12 languages.
She has given many trainings in “Systemic Pedagogy“ all over the world for teachers, parents and all people, who are integrated in the educational field. Marianne has also presented her topic “Systemic Pedagogy“ in many conferences. Her diverse lectures still indicate a great development opportunity in our schools. The trainings in systemic communication as part of all workshops are helpful for all participants who work in the educational and social field.
